Description

In a fresco wall of clouded blue, soft pink, and smudged goldenrod is a line of objects – almost a collection of mementos. Polaroids of classical renaissance religious paintings transports the paintings to the modern as symbols of motherhood still relevant and existent today. These nearly personal photographs are paired with a singular J, modeled after a child’s block letter. A romantic, abandoned wall of old memories challenging the viewer to find an intimate familiar face in the photographs of mother and child.
